EMDR Therapy (Trauma Therapy)

Colleen uses EMDR Therapy to gently process trauma. Whether it’s a recent trauma, like a car accident or a health scare, or a Chronic or Complex trauma, we can safely work together to make that event seem less vivid or scary.

Colleen works with clients to allow folks to be their true selves and not let those traumatic events run their lives. Simple trauma can be processed in as many as 8 sessions, and more complex situations require longer to process. We can find what works for you.
